Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

Thank you for trusting divorcebundle.com at what we know is a difficult time. This policy explains how refunds work for our products. Everything we sell is an instant digital download, so please read it before you buy.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

We want the Bundle to genuinely help you — and if it isn't right for your situation, you shouldn't be out of pocket. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no reasons required, no awkward questions. The risk sits with us, not you.

To request your refund, just email contact@divorcebundle.com with your order number. We'll process it back to your original payment method, and you'll usually see it within a few business days.

Digital products

All of our products — guides, workbooks, scripts, and the financial planner — are digital files delivered instantly. Nothing is posted to you. Our 14-day guarantee above applies whether or not you've already downloaded your files.

If something's wrong

We want you to actually be able to open and use what you've paid for. If a file is corrupted, won't open, is incomplete, or isn't what was described, please contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it — by sending a working file, or, where we can't, by issuing a refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights in respect of faulty digital content.

Trouble downloading?

If your download link didn't arrive or has expired, email us and we'll send it again right away. A missing link is never a reason to go without — it's almost always a quick fix.

Duplicate or accidental orders

If you were charged twice for the same item, or bought something by mistake, contact us and we'll sort it out.

How to reach us

Email contact@divorcebundle.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. A real person will reply — we read every message and aim to respond within 2 business days.
