FAQ
Below are the questions we're asked most often. If yours isn't here, email contact@divorcebundle.com and we'll help.
About the toolkits
Is this legal advice?
No. These are tools for organisation and preparation — not a substitute for a qualified solicitor. They're designed to help you walk into a solicitor's office (or a mediation, or a difficult conversation) calmer, clearer, and better prepared, so you spend less time and money working things out from scratch.
Who is this for?
Anyone going through a divorce or separation in England and Wales. It applies equally to married couples and civil partnerships, and to same-sex and opposite-sex relationships. Whether you're just starting to wonder, or you're already mid-process, there's a place to begin.
Does it work for Scotland or Northern Ireland?
It's written specifically for England and Wales. Many of the emotional and practical principles apply across the UK, but the legal references — Form E, the no-fault process, the courts, the orders — are England & Wales-specific, so it isn't tailored to Scottish or Northern Irish law.
What's the difference between the three products?
20 Questions (free) covers the essentials — the plain-English answers to the questions running through your head right now. 50 Questions goes deeper into finances, court, children, and life after. The UK Divorce Survival Bundle is the complete system: nine workbooks, an auto-calculating Excel financial planner, and 65 ready-to-send scripts — over 200 pages in total.
Using the files
I'm not very technical — can I still use it?
Yes. The guides are PDFs that open on any phone, tablet, or computer. The workbooks open in Word or Google Docs. The financial planner works in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or the free LibreOffice. A short start-here guide walks you through everything, step by step.
Can I print everything?
Yes. Every file is designed to be used either on screen or printed and filled in by hand — whichever you find easier.
Can I edit and type into the files?
Yes. The workbooks and planner are fully editable, so you can fill them in directly and save your progress.
Buying & delivery
How and when do I receive it?
Instantly. Your download link appears on the confirmation screen as soon as your order is complete, and is also emailed to you. There's nothing to wait for and nothing posted to your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at the till (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay).
Is the free guide really free?
Yes — no catch and no card required. It's the smallest first step, and the honest place to start.
Privacy, refunds & support
Is my purchase discreet?
Yes. Your order is delivered digitally, so nothing arrives in the post. Charges appear under our store name on your statement, and we never share your details.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds aren't available once a file has been downloaded. If something is genuinely wrong with your files, contact us and we'll always put it right.
Can I share my copy with a friend?
Your purchase is for your own personal use. If a friend would find it helpful, please point them to our store — the free guide is a kind, no-pressure place for them to start.
How do I get help?
